The Lord Nelson Cornhole game is a lawn game in which players throw corn bags into a round hole in a board. The board dimensions are 30 x 50 x 4 cm and the leg height is 11 cm. The distance between the targets is set at 3-8 metres, depending on the space available. A beginner can start from a distance of three metres and increase it as their skills improve.
The players take turns throwing a total of eight bags. The game can be played by two people or by two teams of two players each. A bag in the hole scores three points and a bag left on the board scores one point. The first to reach 21 points wins.
