Frequently asked questions
How is the logo applied to a pocket knife or multitool?
On most models the logo is laser engraved, so the marking does not wear off in use. The shade of the engraving depends on the material, and the colours of the logo do not show in it. On some models the logo is applied as a pad print or a UV DTF sticker, and the method for each product is stated on the product page.
What does the law say about carrying a pocket knife?
Section 10 of the Finnish Public Order Act prohibits, among other things, possession in a public place of the following objects: "bladed weapons, broken glass objects and other objects comparable to these that are suitable for cutting or stabbing". Objects whose possession is "necessary for a work task or another acceptable reason" are outside the prohibition. The current text of the act is available on Finlex.
