Reflective vests

Reflective vests and high-visibility vests with print are ordered for daycare centres, schools, clubs, events and workplaces. The range includes vests for adults and children as well as reflective harnesses. Some vests can be ordered from 10 pcs, and for the others the minimum order quantity is 25 or 50 pcs. The price on the product page includes a one-colour print. The standard of the vest is stated in the product details if the manufacturer has declared it. Add the vests to the quote basket and state the quantities and sizes in the quote request.

EN ISO 20471 or EN 17353

According to Liikenneturva, two standards are used for reflective vests. EN ISO 20471 is the standard for vests intended for professional use. EN 17353 applies to vests intended for situations where the risk is moderate. The vest must carry a CE marking and the marking of the standard. EN ISO 20471 divides vests into classes 1–3 according to how much fluorescent background material and reflective material they contain. Class 3 has the most of these. Most of the adult vests in the range are made to EN ISO 20471, and many are class 2. The standard of the children's vests varies, so check it in the product details.

For children and groups

Children's vests are available in one size and in several sizes, and some models are available in both adult and children's sizes. A daycare centre or school can order children's high-visibility vests from 10 pcs. Many vests have a hook-and-loop fastening, and some have a zip. Some vests are sized for winter use, so for summer use it is worth choosing one size smaller. Reflective harnesses are a lighter alternative to a vest, and they are adjusted to the size of the wearer. Some of the harnesses are certified to EN 17353.

Print and ordering

When the minimum order quantity of the vest is 10 pcs, the one-colour print included in the price is made in batches of fewer than 100 pcs as a heat transfer print: the image is printed on a transfer sheet and fixed to the fabric with heat. From 100 pcs the print is made as a screen print. The print method of the other vests is stated on the product page. In the quote request, state the quantity, sizes, print position and the date when the vests will be put into use.
