Keyrings and lanyards with a logo are usually ordered from 50 pcs for trade fairs, events and staff. Keyrings are available in metal, wood, bamboo, cork and leather, and lanyards in widths of 5–25 mm. Custom pins, PVC keyrings and woven lanyards are made to order according to the customer’s design, and their price is stated in the quote. A keyring as a promotional gift
A keyring with your own logo is usually ordered as a ready-made model, onto which the logo is engraved or printed. Materials include metal, aluminium, wood, bamboo, cork, leather and PU plastic. Some models are also bottle openers, LED lights, tape measures or key finders, and floating keyrings are suitable for boating. The marking included in the price is usually laser engraving or pad print, meaning print applied with a soft pad, and the method is usually stated in the product description. On some leather keyrings, the logo is embossed. Most keyrings are ordered from 50 pcs, and some from 100 pcs.
A custom-shaped keyring is made from soft PVC rubber. It is shaped according to a logo or drawing, and the design is made as a raised or three-dimensional detail. Colours are selected from the Pantone colour chart. The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs, and the price is stated in the quote. Keyrings, key tags and RFID keyrings without print are sold from 1 pc.
How to choose a lanyard
The width of the lanyard determines how large a logo can be printed on it. The lanyards in the range are 5–25 mm wide, and the most common width for printed lanyards is 20 mm. Choose the attachment according to what the lanyard will carry: attach a card holder with a hook or clip, keys with a keyring, and a phone with a phone holder. Some printed lanyards include a rigid card holder, and a short 30 cm key lanyard is also available. Many lanyards have a safety release buckle that opens when the lanyard is pulled strongly.
A logo is printed on a ready-made lanyard using the method stated on the product page, and the minimum order quantity is 50 pcs. Lanyards with custom print and in custom colours are made to order. On a woven lanyard, the logo is woven into the lanyard. For a screen-printed lanyard, the base colour can be freely chosen, while in sublimation printing a full-colour image covers both sides of the lanyard. The minimum order quantity for these is 50 or 100 pcs. Lanyards sold without print can be ordered as a single piece, and most of them are 10 mm wide.
ID card holders and badge reels
ID card holders are available in portrait and landscape styles, as hard plastic holders and soft plastic sleeves, and can hold one, two or more cards. The range also includes lockable holders, arm-mounted sleeves, card holders for workwear, and congress badges with a safety pin or clip. Some holders have a thumb notch or ejector to help remove the card. The holder can be attached to clothing with a clip or safety pin, to a lanyard or to a badge reel. Many holders are sized for CR80 cards (54 x 86 mm).
With a badge reel, the card is attached to a retractable cord, so it can be shown without detaching it. The reel is attached to a belt or pocket with a clip, and the end of the cord has an ID strap for a card or a keyring for keys. The range also includes metal models and models with a reinforced strap. Almost all card holders and badge reels are sold without print from 1 pc, so they can be ordered for, for example, ten new employees.
Name badges
Name badges are available in aluminium, plastic, wood and nickel-plated brass. You can choose a rectangle, oval or rounded TV-style shape, and most badges are approximately 60–75 mm wide. On a name badge with a window, the name is printed on a paper insert that can be changed when the user changes. The name can be printed on the insert with a standard printer, and paper inserts are also sold separately. The range also includes self-adhesive magnets for attaching a name badge to clothing. A name badge is suitable for customer service, care work and trade fairs. Name badges are usually sold without print from 1 pc. For a few clear-pocket badges and name card holders, print is included in the price, and the minimum order quantity is 50 pcs. A metal name badge with a logo can be made to order from 100 pcs.
Pins with your own logo
Custom pins are made to order according to a logo or drawing. On a soft enamel pin, the metal outlines remain raised. The surface of a hard enamel pin is polished smooth, while an offset-printed pin can feature gradients and photographs. On a die-struck or cast pin, the design is formed directly into the metal, and a cast pin can be three-dimensional. A butterfly clutch is the usual fastening, but on many models it can be replaced with a magnet or safety pin. Each pin is packed separately in a plastic bag, and some models are available with a custom backing card.
A proof is made from the logo sent with the quote request, and production begins once the proof has been approved. The minimum order quantity for custom pins is 100 pcs, and the price is stated in the quote. The pin production methods are presented on the Printing methods page.
Plastic cards and accessories
Blank plastic cards are intended for printing with a card printer. The cards are CR80 size and most are made of PVC plastic. The usual thickness is 0.76 mm, and the thinnest cards are 0.5 mm. The range includes cards with a signature panel, a HiCo or LoCo magnetic stripe, or an RFID tag (EM4102, EM4200 or Mifare 1K). Before ordering, check which stripe or RFID type the card reader uses. Some cards are sold in packs of 50 or 100 pcs, as stated in the product description.
Accessories include punches for making a round or oval hole in a card, wall-mounted card holders, card boxes, paper inserts and stickers. They are sold without print from 1 pc. The cards and accessories are in the Plastic cards and ID card accessories subcategories of the Card holders category.
How to order
Request a quote through the quote basket: add the products to the basket and send the request. The same request can include both products with a logo and products sold without print, such as lanyards with a logo and matching card holders. State the quantities, colours and logo position in the request. Include your preferred delivery date in the quote request.
Before production, you will receive a print proof for approval. Production begins once the proof has been approved. The lead time for printed products is usually approximately 2 weeks from proof approval. The lead time for made-to-order products is usually approximately 4 weeks from proof approval.
No proof is made for products sold without print. The exact lead time is stated in the quote.
