Cap models
A baseball cap has five or six panels, and a trucker cap has a mesh back and often a soft foam front. The size of a snapback cap is adjusted with the plastic clasp at the back, and many models have a flat peak. A sandwich cap has a stripe of a different colour on the edge of the peak. For sports there are lightweight polyester and nylon caps.
Most caps have an adjustable hook-and-loop, buckle or plastic clasp fastening, so you do not need to collect sizes. There are also stretch one size models, and their size is given as head circumference, for example 59 cm. Children's caps are listed separately, for example in size 54 cm. The group also includes a few hats, and more bucket hats and straw hats can be found in the Hats group. For winter, the logo can be placed on a beanie.
Material
Most caps are made of cotton, brushed cotton or cotton twill, and the fabric weight is usually 160–300 g/m². Lightweight sports caps are made of polyester or a blend of nylon and elastane. The range also includes velvet and corduroy caps, as well as caps made of hemp, organic cotton and recycled polyester (rPET).
Logo on a cap
For models with a minimum order quantity of 10 pcs, the one-colour print included in the price is a transfer print in batches under 100 pcs and a screen print from batches of one hundred pcs. For models with a minimum order quantity of 50 pcs, the method is given in the product description and is either transfer print or screen print.
The logo size depends on the model. For example, the Patch cap has a removable 6 x 9.5 cm fabric patch for the logo, and many trucker and five-panel caps have no centre seam at the front, which suits a printed logo. You can ask about embroidery in your quote request. In embroidery, thin lines and small text can be lost, so a simple logo suits it. In your quote request, state where the logo goes: the position and size of the logo are shown on the proof. The print methods are presented on the Print methods page.
Caps from stock and other caps
The Caps from stock subgroup has nearly a hundred cap models, most of which are ordered from 25 pcs. The price includes a one-colour print in one position for these too, but the print method is only given in the quote. The models include, for example, dad caps, two-colour and camouflage caps, caps made of recycled polyester (rPET) and children's caps. The other caps in this group are ordered from 10 or 50 pcs, so if you need fewer than 25 pcs, choose one of the 10 pcs models.
