How to order

On this website, promotional products are ordered through a quote request: add the products to the quote basket, send the request and accept the quote you receive. Products to be printed go into production only once the print proof has been approved.

Quote basket and quote request

Select the quantity on the product page and add the product to the quote basket. You can put several products in the same request, and the basket shows an indicative total for them. The basket is stored in your own browser, so you can add products over several visits. The basket is sent to us only together with the quote request.

The product page shows the minimum order quantity and the unit prices for different quantities. The larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. For most products the minimum quantity is 50 pcs, and for many textiles it is 10 pcs. For products sold without print, such as most card holders, the minimum quantity is one piece.

Please include in the quote request:

• the quantities and the colours of the products
• for textiles, the size breakdown
• the logo position and colours
• the delivery date you would like

You do not have to choose the print method yourself: the quote suggests a method that suits the material and shape of the product. You can attach the logo to the request or send it later. The Logo and artwork page explains what kind of file is suitable for printing.

After you send the request, you will receive a confirmation by email. The request does not oblige you to order.

Quote

We reply by email within one working day, and before replying we check the availability of the products and a suitable print method. We call you only if we have questions needed for the quote.

The prices on the product pages are indicative. You will see the final price including print, and the lead time, in the quote. The price of a product to be printed includes the setup cost and a one-colour print in one position. If the logo is printed in more colours or in more positions, the additional colours and positions are priced in the quote.

The quote is valid for 30 days from its date, unless otherwise stated. Deliveries are subject to prior sale: products may run out before the quote has been accepted.

Proof and production

After the order, the details of the print are agreed. Before production you will receive a print proof for approval. Production starts once the proof has been approved. A proof is made for every order in which the products receive a logo or text. It shows where the logo will be printed and at what size.

Also check the colours and the spelling of the texts in the proof, because under the terms of delivery the customer is responsible for the correctness of the material to be printed. If anything in the proof needs correcting, tell us before approving it.

The lead time for printed products is usually about 2 weeks from proof approval. The lead time for made-to-order products is usually about 4 weeks from proof approval. Made-to-order products include, for example, pins and medals made to your own design. For products sold without print, the lead time depends on the product. The exact lead time is given in the quote. Because the lead times are counted from proof approval, also allow time for the quote and the proof.

Delivery and invoice

Prices include delivery within Finland. For orders under EUR 100 (excl. VAT) we charge a single small-order fee of EUR 25 (+ VAT).

Products marked with a logo cannot be returned. The quantity delivered and invoiced may also be up to 10 % more or less than ordered: for example, 450–550 pcs for an order of 500 pcs.

The payment term is 14 days net from the invoice date, and the applicable VAT is added to the prices. The products become the property of the buyer once they have been paid for in full.

Check the products when they arrive: any complaints about the products and the invoice must be made no later than 8 days after the products were received. Even if the invoice has been disputed, the undisputed part of it must be paid.

Samples

On samples, that is, sample products, the terms of delivery state: "For samples that are not returned, we charge EUR 30.00 plus the price of the product according to the minimum order quantity, plus VAT. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the samples."

Who can order

Companies, organisations and private individuals can place orders. You do not need to register as a customer. The prices on the website exclude VAT. To see prices including VAT, select "incl. VAT" at the top of the page.
