Notebooks

A notebook with your own print suits meetings and training sessions, and works as a gift. Each model can be ordered from 50 pcs. Most notebooks are A5 size, but the range also includes B6, A6 and pocket-size models. The cover is hard, soft or semi-rigid, and the material is, for example, PU, cork, bamboo or recycled board. The most common page counts are 160 and 192. Some models come with a pen. The price includes a one-colour logo in one position, usually on the cover, and it is printed or engraved according to the cover material.

Sizes, pages and covers

  • A5 (sheet 148 x 210 mm): most of the models. The cover is usually about 140–150 x 210 mm, and the page count is most often 160 or 192.
  • A4 (210 x 297 mm): one model with kraft paper covers and 80 plain, stitched pages.
  • B6 (about 130 x 180 mm): four spiral-bound models that come with a pen.
  • A6 (sheet 105 x 148 mm) and pocket size (about 90–100 x 140 mm): 16 models with a soft or hard cover, some with a pen.
  • A7 and B7: three small notepads with plain pages.
  • Pages: mostly ruled, plain in about 35 models and squared in two. The paper is usually 70 g/m².
  • Binding: about 25 models are spiral or ring bound.
  • Cover: hard, soft or semi-rigid. Materials include PU, cork, bamboo, wood, recycled paper and board, recycled leather, and felt and fabric made from recycled polyester (rPET).
  • Logo: laser engraving on cork, bamboo and wooden covers as a rule, screen or pad print on paper and board covers, pad print on PU covers in most cases, and screen print on rPET felt or fabric as a rule.
  • Special models: erasable notebooks, and notebooks with a phone stand, sticky notes or a USB stick.

Frequently asked questions

What size is an A5 notebook?

An A5 sheet is 148 x 210 mm, which is half of an A4 sheet. The cover of a notebook is often a few millimetres narrower or wider than the sheet, and the A5 notebooks in the range are usually about 140–150 x 210 mm. The dimensions of each model are usually shown on the product page.

Are there notebooks with dotted pages?

Dotted pages are found only in two starter sets of erasable notebooks, and even in those only some of the pages are dotted. Most notebooks have ruled pages, and some have plain or squared pages. If you need a notebook where all the pages are dotted, say so in your quote request and we will check whether the suppliers' ranges include one.

How is the logo applied to the notebook cover?

The method depends on the cover material, and the method included in the price is stated in the product description. On cork, bamboo and wooden covers the logo is usually laser engraved, and its shade comes from the material. On paper, card and PU covers the logo is most often printed, and the price includes one colour in one position.
