Office supplies with a logo are promotional products used at the desk, in meetings and in training sessions. The range includes over a hundred notebooks from A4 to A7 size, as well as sticky notes, mouse mats, fridge magnets, rulers and tape measures. A notebook cover can be, for example, cork, bamboo, PU or recycled cardboard.

Most products are ordered from 50 pcs, fridge magnets from 250 pcs. The price on the product page is excluding VAT, and it usually includes a one-colour print in one position. For some mouse mats, magnets and rulers, the price includes a full-colour print. Add the products to the quote basket and send a quote request, and you will receive a quote with the price including print and the lead time.

For the desk and meetings

A notebook with the company logo on the cover suits meetings, training sessions and a new employee's welcome pack. Some notebooks come with a pen, and some also have a phone stand or sticky notes. In a wipeable notebook the notes are wiped away, and the same pages can be used again.

Sticky notes and notepads are well suited for handing out at trade fairs and at the customer service counter. Many of them are sets with a cover, containing sticky notes in different sizes and coloured page flags. Wireless chargers also suit the desk; they can be found in the Electronics section, in the group Chargers and cables.

Notebook size and cover

Most notebooks are A5 size. The cover of an A5 notebook is usually about 140–150 x 210 mm, which is roughly the size of an A5 sheet (148 x 210 mm). Smaller notebooks come in B6, A6 and pocket sizes, and there is one model in A4. The number of pages is usually 160 or 192, and the paper weight is most often 70 g/m².

Most models have ruled pages. About 35 models have plain pages and two have squared pages. The cover is usually hard, but there are also soft-cover and semi-hard-cover models. Cover materials include PU, cork, bamboo, recycled paper or cardboard, and felt made from recycled polyester (rPET). Sizes, pages and covers are listed on the Notebooks group page.

Logo on an office product

The way the logo is applied depends on the material. On paper and cardboard covers the logo is usually screen printed or pad printed, where the image is transferred to the surface with a soft pad. On cork, bamboo and wood the logo is most often laser engraved. An engraved logo does not wear off in use, and its shade depends on the material. For PU-cover notebooks the price usually includes pad printing, and for some laser engraving or UV printing.

On a cork mouse mat the logo is engraved, and on most other mouse mats it is printed. A full-colour print is included in the price for some mouse mats and rulers and for soft fridge magnets, so a multicolour logo or a photo also works on them.

Small giveaway products

Tape measures come in 1, 3 and 5 metre models, and some have a metal or bamboo casing. All tape measures are ordered from 50 pcs.

Of the rulers, the pine wood 15, 20 and 30 cm models are ordered from 50 pcs. The size of the white PVC rulers can be chosen freely, and their minimum quantity is 300 or 500 pcs.

Fridge magnets are available in hard plastic as round, oval, square and rectangular shapes, and a soft magnet can be cut to the shape of your own design if you wish. Magnets are ordered in a minimum of 250 pcs.

Desk accessories include, among others, erasers and office sets.

How to order

Choose the products and quantities, add them to the quote basket and send a quote request. You can request a quote for notebooks, pens and sticky notes in the same request. Before production you receive a proof to approve. Production starts once the proof has been approved. The lead time for printed products is usually about 2 weeks from proof approval. State the delivery date you would like in the quote request. The exact lead time is given in the quote.
