Trade fairs and events

Trade fair and event products with a logo include medals and coins, badges and wristbands, flags and beach flags, as well as roll-ups and banners. For the exhibition stand and the shop there are also brochure stands and signs, many of which can be bought singly without print.

For summer events this page has hand fans and portable fans, and a promotional tent is available for outdoor events. State the date of the event, the quantities and the artwork in the quote request, and you will receive a quote that also includes the price of made-to-order products. Medals and coins

Medals are made to your own design for running events, club tournaments, children's sports schools and awards. A medal can carry a logo or just text, for example the name of the event. The medal is usually cast in zinc alloy, and the finish can be, for example, gold, silver, bronze or antique. The design can be two- or three-dimensional, and the colours are made with enamel. Your own pattern is printed on the ribbon. From the same design you can have gold, silver and bronze medals for the first three places, and a children's medal can be given a fun shape, such as an animal or a star.

Challenge coins and commemorative coins are made in the same way, and their size is usually 40–50 mm. A coin may not contain the word euro or the euro sign, and it may not resemble a euro coin (EU Regulation 2182/2004). The minimum order for medals and coins is 50 pcs, and the price is given in the quote. The models are in the group Medals and coins.

Badges and wristbands

A badge is printed in full colour from your own image, and its size is 25–100 mm. It suits campaigns, elections and events. A metal pin is a more permanent badge, and pins can be found in the group Pins.

A badge is often handed out to a large crowd at once, while a wristband can also serve as an admission ticket. Each Tyvek wristband has its own number. On a silicone wristband the text can be printed, debossed or embossed. There is also a wristband made of rPET polyester and a braided imitation leather wristband. Disposable PVC wristbands are also available without print. All models are in the group Badges and wristbands.

Flags and pennants

A beach flag is a lightweight promotional flag in the shape of a feather, teardrop or rectangle, with a height of 1.6–5.6 m. There are six sizes (XXS–XL), and the flag is printed single- or double-sided. The base is chosen to suit the location: cross base, steel plate, water base or wall bracket. There are also flags for a flagpole, car flags, backpack flags, table flags on a stand and bunting. The minimum order is 2,000 pcs for hand flags and 30 pcs for club pennants.

No designs may be added to the Finnish flag (Ministry of the Interior), so the logo is always made on a separate flag. Flags are in the group Pennants and flags.

Visibility for the exhibition stand

The roll-up is the basic display stand for trade fairs. The image rolls into an aluminium base, the standard size is 85 x 200 cm, and a carry bag is included. The table-top roll-up is A4 or A3 in size. The X-banner is a lightweight stand with an image of 60 x 160 cm or 80 x 180 cm. The pop-up display stand is a double-sided A-frame stand for indoor and outdoor use. A banner is made to your own size from fabric, mesh or PVC, and a fence banner can be used to mark off an area. For brochures there is a folding brochure stand with four A4 pockets, and acrylic brochure stands for the table. A poster stand and a snap frame suit posters. They are in the group Brochure stands and signs.

Made-to-order products with your own print

Medals, flags, banners and the images for stands are made to order. Send the logo or finished artwork with the quote request, and state the size, the parts needed and the quantity. For printing, it is best to send a vector file. If you do not have one, send a PNG or JPG image and we will check whether its resolution is sufficient. Before production you receive a print proof to approve. Production starts once the proof has been approved. The lead time for products made to order is usually about 4 weeks from proof approval. Frequently asked questions

What is needed to order a medal?

Tell us whether the medal carries a logo or text, and give the medal size, the colour or pattern of the ribbon, the quantity and the date of the event. Attach the logo or a sketch if you have one ready. The minimum order quantity is 50 pcs.

Can a medal be made to your own design?

Yes. You choose the shape, colours, finish and ribbon of the medal. You receive a proof to approve before production.

What is needed to order a roll-up?

Tell us the size and quantity, and send an image or logo with the quote request. The standard size is 85 x 200 cm, and the table-top models are A4 or A3. You receive a proof to approve before production.

Can a logo be printed on the Finnish flag?

No. According to the guidance of the Ministry of the Interior, no designs may be added to the Finnish flag. The logo is therefore made on a separate flag.
