A ceramic gratin dish is a serving dish used for cooking food in the oven and bringing it to the table in the same dish. The Orrefors Jernverk pair of dishes, designed by Jon Eliason, includes two rectangular dishes with handles on both sides. The handles make it easier to lift the dish out of the oven.

The dishes are made of ceramic cast iron and have an enamelled interior. The enamelled surface is easy to keep clean. The dishes can be washed in a dishwasher. Each dish measures 21 x 28 cm, and two dishes fit well side by side in the oven. This makes it possible, for example, to prepare two different gratins at the same time.

The dishes are white or black. They suit everyday use at home and in a restaurant as well as the festive table, and they can be combined with other products from the Jon Eliason collection. The pair also works as a corporate gift.
