The Orrefors Jernverk knife block is made of acacia wood. Kitchen knives are held in the block by magnets, and the knives can be attached to either side. The block in the picture holds three knives: a wide-bladed chef's knife, a serrated bread knife and a longer slicing knife. The knives are not included.
The block measures 25 x 10 x 22 cm. It stands on a sturdy wooden base, and its colour is the natural tone of acacia wood. The knives are close at hand while you work and easy to take. When the knives are displayed on the block, they are not in a drawer among other utensils.
