Promotional products in small batches: 1, 10, 25 or 50 pcs
Not everything has to be ordered by the hundred. Small corporate gifts, ten shirts for the team or a few name badges for new employees: promotional products in small batches are possible once you know the quantity each product starts from. On this page you will see what can be ordered in batches of 1, 10, 25 or 50 pcs and what a small batch means for the price and the schedule.
The product range includes 6 297 products in total, and 2 404 of them can be ordered in batches of 25 pcs or fewer. The minimum order quantity is shown on each product page. Check it before sending a quote request, as the minimum can vary between products in the same group.
What can be ordered as a single piece
966 products start from one piece. Almost all of them are sold without print: card holders (243 products), badge reels and lanyard reels (157), name badges (24), plastic cards (13), display stands and signs (36) and card accessories (19). The same group also includes unprinted towels, aprons, umbrellas, lanyards and bathrobes.
An order of one piece works when a new employee needs a holder and a reel for their card, or when an event is a few name badges short. A product sold without print is delivered as it is, with no logo added. You can see the range in the Card holders and Name badges groups. These products have no typical lead time. The exact lead time is given in the quote.
There are three printed products available in a batch of one piece: two roll-ups and one signature folder. They are made to order, and the print is included in the price. The lead time for made-to-order products is usually about 4 weeks from approval of the proof. In addition, a few products have a smallest batch of 3 or 5 pcs.
Textiles from 10 pcs with print
1 269 products start from 10 pcs, and the print is included in the price of all of them. Most are garments: t-shirts (120 products), hoodies and sweatshirts (134), polo and technical shirts (49) and children's clothing (56). Cotton bags (18) and high-visibility vests (7) also start from the same quantity. One unprinted high-visibility vest model can be ordered from one piece.
The price on the product page includes the product, a one-colour print in one position, the setup cost, the print proof and delivery within Finland. Prices exclude VAT. The setup cost is a one-off charge for preparing the print, and it is spread over the whole batch.
For many garments the minimum applies to the model in total. A batch of ten shirts can then be split between colours and sizes, for example four black in size M and six white in size L. State the split in your quote request. Children's clothing items are separate products and have their own minimum.
If you need fewer than ten printed shirts, there are two options. Order the minimum batch and keep the extras for new members or employees, or choose an unprinted product with a smaller minimum. The smallest batch for a printed product is nearly always at least 10 pcs.
25 and 50 pcs: most of the range
166 products start from 25 pcs, all of them with print. They include beanies, stock caps, notebooks, thermal mugs, umbrellas, kitchen products and some pens. In the Ballpoint pens group the smallest batch is 25 pcs.
3 178 products start from 50 pcs, about half of the range: pens, bags, water bottles, mugs, electronics, keyrings and much more. Some products start from one hundred pieces (374 products), for example soft reflectors made in a custom shape.
Small corporate gifts are therefore best chosen from groups with a low minimum. A shirt or a cotton bag suits a team of ten; a notebook or a thermal mug suits 25 customers. You can combine products with different minimums in the same quote request, for example 10 shirts, 25 notebooks and a few card holders.
Order quantities in brief:
- From 1 pcs: card holders, badge reels, name badges, plastic cards and signs without print
- From 10 pcs: t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, children's clothing, cotton bags and high-visibility vests, print included in the price
- From 25 pcs: beanies, caps, notebooks, thermal mugs and some pens, print included in the price
- From 50 pcs: most pens, bags, water bottles, mugs, electronics and keyrings, print included in the price
Why a small batch costs more per piece
The price of a printed product includes a setup cost, which is spread over all the pieces in the batch. The larger the batch, the smaller the share of the setup cost that falls on each product. That is why the unit price of ten shirts is higher than that of a hundred shirts.
The price table on the product page shows the quantities at which the unit price drops. If the quantity you need is close to the next step, compare the total price of both quantities before deciding. The unit price at the next step is lower, so the difference in the total price can be smaller than expected.
For some products the setup cost is charged only on small batches, as with many soft reflectors, and in that case it is already included in the unit prices on the product page. For some products the quantity is chosen by pack size, and the pack size is shown on the product page. Check both on the product page before sending a quote request.
A single small order fee is added to very small orders. It is shown in the quote, and the grounds for it are explained on the page Promotional product pricing.
Schedule and print proof
Before production you will receive a print proof for approval. Production starts once the proof has been approved. The print proof is an image showing the position, size and colour of the print on the product. The proof is free of charge.
The lead time for printed products is usually about 2 weeks from approval of the proof. The lead time for made-to-order products is usually about 4 weeks from approval of the proof. Products sold without print have no typical lead time. The exact lead time is given in the quote.
The time is counted from approval of the proof, not from the quote request. So count backwards from the day you need the products, and allow time for the quote and for checking the proof as well. If the products are needed for a particular occasion, such as a Christmas party or a trade fair, send the quote request as soon as you know the quantities. State the desired delivery date in the quote request. The steps of ordering are set out on the page How to order.

Frequently asked questions
Can promotional products be ordered as a single piece?
Yes, when the product is sold without print. Card holders, badge reels, name badges, plastic cards and signs, for example, start from one piece. There are three printed products available in a batch of one piece: two roll-ups and a signature folder.
Can the minimum quantity be split between different sizes and colours?
With many garments you can, because the minimum applies to the model in total. For example, a batch of 10 t-shirts can be split between several sizes and colours. Check on the product page whether the minimum applies to the model in total or to each colour separately. State the split in your quote request.
Why is the unit price higher in a small batch?
The setup cost is spread over the whole batch, so in a small batch a larger share falls on each piece. The price table on the product page shows the quantities at which the unit price drops. A small order fee is also added to very small orders, and it is shown in the quote.
How long does delivery of a small batch take?
The lead time for printed products is usually about 2 weeks from approval of the proof. The time is therefore counted from approval of the proof, not from the quote request. Products sold without print have no typical lead time. The exact lead time is given in the quote. State the desired delivery date in your quote request.
Can products be ordered without print?
Some products are sold only without print, for example card holders, badge reels and name badges. They start from one piece. The prices of printable products are calculated with a one-colour print.
